Responsibilities
Assess current state technology, data, and security capabilities across portfolio companies
Identify constraints to growth, AI adoption, and operational efficiency
Translate findings into clear value creation opportunities and technology levers
Support investment, integration, and exit readiness initiatives
Define future state enterprise technology and data operating models
Design scalable architectures for multi entity and multi platform environments
Establish practical standards balancing speed, cost, and control
Enable repeatable architecture patterns where appropriate
Own reference architectures, integration standards, and platform principles
Define data governance models that support analytics and AI while maintaining compliance
Establish security by design principles for regulated and global environments
Reduce reliance on legacy vendors and single points of failure
Act as architectural authority for major initiatives and third party engagements
Ensure technology decisions scale beyond individual projects
Reduce duplication, rework, and long term technical debt
Partner with delivery teams while remaining execution independent
Provide leadership with system level visibility into technology risk and opportunity
Translate technical complexity into clear, decision ready options
Support diligence, post acquisition integration, and transformation planning
Contribute to senior leadership and board level technology discussions as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise architecture, platform leadership, or technology transformation
Strong background in data platforms, enterprise systems, and security architecture
Experience assessing current state environments and designing target operating models
Comfort operating with C suite leaders, senior operators, and investors
Preferred
Experience in private equity backed or multi entity organizations preferred
