Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule on-time delivery of parts and commodities
Assist with audits and analysis of information from multiple sources
Reconcile discrepancies to minimize supply chain disruptions
Maintain and update information systems for materials management
Interpret information to identify problems and supply chain trends
Suggest potential solutions to resolve supply chain issues
Release orders to fabrication or assembly organizations
Participate in or manage projects using approved project management techniques
Initiate changes to supporting processes and related documentation
Provide low-level training on procedures and processes
Assist in the development of production proposal activities
Provide technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production, and process requirements
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or higher
Two (2) or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with reading and understanding contract language
Basic knowledge of Support Equipment hardware
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Experience in project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures
Experience in Product Support / Logistics Concepts
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures
Experience with Material Management processes
