Responsibilities

Provide a high level of service to customers and vendors associated with the wholesale operations of Hawaii Petroleum
Proactively handle all forms of customer inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, fax and email
Process payments and maintain customer and company documents in a confidential manner with integrity
Set up and coordinate HFN member services including card maintenance/re-issue
Assist with invoicing for both HFN and Bulk account customers including monthly mailing of HFN invoices and processes associated with collections protocol for overdue customers
Balance cash box daily and prepare deposits for A/R clerk
Compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company safety, health and environmental regulations as well as attending all Company required training sessions
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Professional level communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written over multiple platforms including electronically and in person
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Highly organized with the ability to multitask to prioritize projects based on customer needs
Ability to connect with customers, vendors and coworkers in a professional manner as well as handle difficult customers/situations in a calm and professional way
Handle data management with attention to detail and a professional awareness of the integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality associated with data acquired by the Company
Valid Type 3 Driver's License and reliable business appropriate transportation required for work-related errands

Preferred

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
