The attorney will handle litigation tasks from filing through trial

Qualification
Required
Admission to State Bar of California – CA Attorney License
Graduated from ABA or CA accredited law school
Authorized to work in USA
Preferred
Practical litigation and/or trial experience in personal injury law
Experience in personal injury is a plus but not required
Spanish-speaking is also a plus
Class rank and participation in various programs are not as important as a passion for helping people and a genuine desire to learn
