Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team, specializing in EOR & payroll services for businesses worldwide. They are seeking a highly skilled Part-time Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the North American market by building pipelines and closing U.S. leads.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across the U.S. and North American context
Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within the U.S. and North American context
Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the U.S. and North American market
Demonstrate strong understanding of U.S. sales communication styles, with the ability to effectively engage and close U.S.-based leads
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within North America
Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Strong understanding of North American business culture and market dynamics
Fluency in English
