Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end webinar strategy, ideation, and development, owning a monthly program of approximately 4-6 webinars across multiple priorities
Coordinate the webinar calendar to align with product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Identify internal SMEs and external thought leaders; manage speaker coordination, content planning and review, platform setup, dry runs, live moderation, and post-event execution
Serve as webinar host, facilitating live sessions, Q&A, and audience engagement
Own and evaluate webinar platforms and tools to ensure operational efficiency and program success
Analyze webinar performance, including activation, attendance, engagement, and feedback, to continuously improve programming
Support promotional campaign planning and tracking to drive registration and attendance aligned with Marketing priorities
Own webinar landing and registration pages, partnering with the Social Media team and fellow Content Strategists on pre- and post-event promotion
Prepare and distribute post-webinar follow-up materials, including recordings, resources, and cross-functional next steps
Repurpose webinar content into on-demand assets, clips, and downstream content that supports broader Content Strategy
Partner closely with the Customer Education team to oversee CLE webinar compliance and administration, including multi-state accreditation, CE21 course setup, attendance and credit tracking, reporting, and delivery of required participant materials

Required

6+ years of relevant experience in marketing and digital event programming
Proven experience owning complex, high-volume, cross-functional webinar programs
Strong project management and organizational skills with an attention to detail
Comfort hosting live webinars and facilitating audience engagement
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with Wistia, YouTube, Zoom, Tableau, Contentful, GA4, CE21 a plus
