Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the UPS Capital/Digital President and senior leadership team: manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports with precision and discretion
Act as a key liaison for senior leadership, working closely with leaders across the organization to align priorities and meet critical deadlines
Coordinate and support high-visibility events: Town Halls, Fireside Chats, Director’s Calls, conferences, and employee engagement activities, ensuring all logistics and communications are handled flawlessly
Prepare agendas, create polished presentations and internal communications, and support company-wide updates that keep employees informed and engaged
Collaborate with the strategy team on key initiatives, including research, competitor monitoring, and cross-functional projects that impact business growth
Partner with facilities and AV teams to ensure events and meetings are well-executed and professional
Take a proactive role in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting a positive, connected employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0–3 years of experience in executive or administrative support
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
