Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of accountability to the Government for all program activities
Lead planning, oversight, and execution of program tasks, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
Maintain alignment with agency mission goals while delivering on schedule and within budget
Act as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), technical leads, and client stakeholders
Direct and support a blended team of Averon Digital staff and partners, ensuring adherence to deliverables and performance standards
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, reporting requirements, and program documentation
Qualification
Required
Direct DHA experience (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, including at least 2 years managing large federal IT or scientific data programs
Strong knowledge of government acquisition requirements and small business regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
Preferred
Experience with federal procurement, FAR, and DFARS
Familiarity with mentor-protégé programs, strategic communications, and program support services
PMP or PgMP certification (or equivalent) preferred
