Qualification
Required
Professional appearance and behavior
Computer and phone literacy
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
Preferred
Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role is preferred
