Home Care Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist
Caring Senior Service is dedicated to helping seniors age at home safely and independently. As a Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist, you will build relationships, educate partners about in-home care, and drive sales to create long-term care solutions for seniors in the Kansas City community.

Responsibilities
Build and grow referral relationships through networking, outreach, and community engagement
Educate partners and families on in-home care and Caring Senior Service’s unique GreatCare® approach
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
Partner with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, veteran organizations, and local resources
Represent Caring Senior Service at community events and professional meetings
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Track activity accurately in CRM systems
Collaborate with the local office team to ensure exceptional client experiences
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles
Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Goal-driven with a heart for service
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with the Kansas City senior services market is a plus
