3+ years expSolid Rock Recruiting is a leading specialty recruiting firm in the USA, currently seeking a Drywall Project Manager for a well-established commercial drywall contractor in Boston. The Project Manager will oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from award through closeout, managing multiple concurrent jobs and ensuring strong communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Manage awarded drywall projects from estimator turnover through completion
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Establish, monitor, and control project budgets and financials
Price and process change orders and scope changes
Coordinate schedules, manpower, and productivity with field leadership
Conduct jobsite visits and work closely with foremen and superintendents
Track project progress, delays, and schedule impacts
Maintain strong communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams
Represent the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience with Procore required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Working knowledge of estimating concepts for change orders and pricing
Preferred
Experience in commercial drywall and metal framing strongly preferred
Union project experience preferred
1–2 years as an APM or Project Engineer ready to advance
OST or similar tools preferred
