Digital Marketing Specialist
College Internship Program Inc is a mission-driven organization that supports neurodiverse young adults. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving enrollment growth through digital marketing activities, including digital advertising, website optimization, and data reporting.

Responsibilities
Execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and retargeting campaigns for CIP’s national programs
Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write ad copy, and run A/B tests
Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates
Manage digital tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking)
Build and update landing pages using WordPress, Salesforce, and comparable Content Management Systems
Support SEO implementation, including metadata, indexing, and keyword updates
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Maintain the accuracy of website pages, blog content, and resource pages
Support accurate lead routing, data consistency, and field mapping
Monitor the flow of leads and identify breakdowns or inefficiencies
Collaborate with other CIP departments on system improvements
Pull reports from Salesforce related to inquiries, applications, pipeline movement, and enrollments as needed for marketing performance analysis
Schedule content across primary platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and flag opportunities or issues
Support storytelling content and campaigns created by the Marketing Manager
Assist in deploying digital content, SEO, blogs, newsletters, and downloadable resources
Prepare creative briefs for the graphic designer to produce ads, visuals, and collateral
Help coordinate webinars, events, and digital campaigns, including registration workflows
Pull and analyze data from sources such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Salesforce
Create weekly and monthly performance reports focused on: CPL, CTR, Conversion rates, Lead quality and source attribution, Center-specific and program-specific funnel performance
Recommend optimizations and identify trends to improve campaign effectiveness

Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation is required
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting) is required
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is required
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is required
Experience building and updating landing pages is required
Understanding of SEO implementation and keyword strategy is required
Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting dashboard metrics required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is required
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator is required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field is highly preferred
Experience in education, behavioral health, autism services, or other mission-driven organizations is highly preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred
Familiarity with attribution models, UTM tracking, and lead scoring is highly preferred
Ability to write clear, engaging digital copy (ads, email, landing pages) is highly preferred
