Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate practices
Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales, with experience conducting property showings and closing deals
Knowledge of Real Property principles and legal guidelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with technology and virtual collaboration tools to support a remote work environment
Commitment to maintaining integrity and delivering outstanding client experiences
Preferred
Previous experience in residential real estate and/or mortgage lending is highly desirable
