Responsibilities
Maintain facility active treatment program in compliance with IDPA/IDPH regulations by completing necessary paperwork and training
Monitor, implement, and/or change any and all behavior programs and safety devices as necessary
Oversee and guide QIDP's, DSP's and client services
Keeps Administrator notified of issues or concerns adherence to all Marklund policies and procedures

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field
One year paid experience with developmentally disabled persons
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal forms
DHS QIDP LNHA eligible
