Responsibilities
Support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work
Work closely with DWT attorneys and other contract attorneys
Provide high-value legal services to clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience handling litigation matters in a law firm, prosecutors' office, or government legal department
Residency and active bar admission in one of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, MD, MN, MT, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WDC, and WV and active bar admission in a state where DWT maintains an office
A passion for protecting clients and the public from harm caused by internet bad actors
An interest in working in a hybrid practice involving investigations, law enforcement referrals, and civil litigation
An ability to work on both high volume programmatic legal matters, and high-impact strategic complex litigation
Ability to work remotely for full-time hours, or at least 25 hours per week
Client-centric service mindset. High-level of responsiveness and client service abilities. Confidence managing deadlines and effective communication with clients about deadlines
Excellent writing and research skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to produce high quality work product with minimal supervision and direction
Preferred
Experience representing technology clients is a plus, but not required
