Responsibilities

Project Management Coordinate directly with our clients and lead our internal teams to deliver planning, modeling, and design projects related to stream restoration, ecosystem improvements, dams, detention and water quality facilities, floodplain improvements, stormwater conveyance systems, and other types of water resources projects
Guide Teams & Subconsultants Provide leadership and support to internal staff and external partners to complete diverse multi-discipline projects successfully
Oversee Technical Work Direct the preparation of studies, reports, construction drawings, details, specifications, and cost estimates for design and planning projects
Ensure Regulatory Compliance Coordinate with our internal environmental team and regulatory agencies to meet local, state, and federal requirements throughout project execution
Manage Specialized Modeling Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to facilitate floodplain studies, geomorphic evaluations, design, and environmental permitting
Support Marketing & Business Development Contribute to our team approach to marketing to nurture long-term client relationships, pursue opportunities, secure new work, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Mentor & Develop Talent Support the professional growth of team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback

Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or ability to transfer registration from another state
At least 12 years of professional experience in water-related engineering
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in water-related engineering
Demonstrated ability to lead the preparation of studies, proposals, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports
