Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of family law, including high-conflict custody matters, complex financial issues, and cases involving domestic violence
Appear confidently before judicial officers and in mediations
Draft pleadings, discovery, and financial disclosures that are clear, strategic, and persuasive
Prepare cases for settlement, hearing, or trial with precision and follow-through
Work closely with forensic accountants, custody evaluators, and other experts
Negotiate from a position of strength while staying solution-oriented
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active membership with the State Bar of California
Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, particularly in court
Proven ability to collaborate with attorneys and outside experts
