Remote Clinical Supervisor, BCBA
Mass Pediatric ABA is a company dedicated to providing high-quality ABA care and is seeking a motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join their remote team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians to support families in managing challenging behaviors through ABA principles.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
Qualification
Required
Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Previous ABA Experience
Completed CORI background check
