Responsibilities
Developing and filing rates, rules, and forms
Transforming regulatory demands into seamless product launches
Acting as a key advisor to internal teams
Interpreting complex coverage requirements
Ensuring every form and endorsement aligns with both compliance and business goals
Being the bridge between ORRM and Old Republic International Corporation
Championing compliance in areas such as regulatory updates, underwriting manuals, and bureau interactions
Translating regulatory changes into actionable strategies
Managing specialty program compliance
Collaborating closely with IT, Legal, Actuarial, and Underwriting
Qualification
Required
At least ten years of commercial casualty insurance experience
A Bachelor's degree is required
A CPCU or similar designation is highly preferred
