HR Intern
Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is one of the largest and highest-performing education management companies in the United States. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work on strategic HR projects across various disciplines, including talent acquisition, data operations, and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Shadow talent acquisition specialist for national, school and university partnership roles
Participate in phone screens and interviews
Assist HR Data Operations with data analysis and data system input
Assist compensation with daily activities, such as data consolidation, reports and problem solving
Support the organization of training programs and employee development initiatives
Perform data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing general office tasks

Good knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures
Demonstrates knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law
Actively enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree program in a human resources discipline or another related field
Seeking professional experience in human resources or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
