Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the overall objectives
Collaborate with leadership to understand unique IT needs and challenges
Create and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that supports business goals
Lead cross-business IT initiatives and manage intercompany IT integration projects
Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and support systems across all business units, ensuring reliability and prompt resolution of system issues
Oversee the setup and maintenance of all company devices to ensure proper installation of software systems, security configurations, and firewall protections
Standardize IT policies and procedures to maintain consistency while allowing flexibility for business-specific requirements
Implement shared services to optimize resource utilization

Maintain a robust IT governance framework to ensure compliance across all subsidiaries
Ensure consistent IT service quality across multiple operations while addressing unique needs

Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and management abilities
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and multi-business systems integration
Advanced project management capabilities, including leading multi-business IT projects
Strong communication skills to liaise with business leaders and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years overseeing multi-business IT operations
Proven experience managing diverse IT environments and leading cross-functional IT initiatives
Experience with cloud solutions and centralized IT services
