Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee project-based accounting, financial controls, and margin performance
Own and optimize Deltek Costpoint/Vantagepoint and executive financial dashboards
Provide clear project and enterprise-level financial insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with state DOT requirements, audits, and reporting standards
Lead and develop the finance team; partner closely with operations and executives
Qualification
Required
Senior-level finance leadership experience (CFO or equivalent)
State DOT project experience (FDOT strongly preferred)
Experience in engineering and/or construction inspection firms
Advanced knowledge of Deltek Costpoint/Vantagepoint
Strong project finance, analytics, and reporting expertise
