Diagnose root causes of production data errors and identify data patterns that support business process improvements
Perform predictive analyses to forecast future outcomes relevant to business goals
Collaborate with IT to develop essential mapping documents, data models, and data dictionaries
Validate requirements and data sources through research and analysis
Update and maintain requirements documents to ensure accuracy and relevance
Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, and publishing regular progress reports
Generate comprehensive technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key information and trends
Partner with business stakeholders to document current processes and desired outcomes, translating them into detailed business requirements that guide IT in designing technical solutions aligned with business objectives
Provide clear and comprehensive feedback to IT and developers on business needs, ensuring solutions meet operational goals and quality standards
Utilize data analysis to assess current system practices, identifying inefficiencies and performance gaps
Leverage insights to recommend data-informed system modifications that enhance overall performance and operational efficiency

Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders, using data insights to document needs accurately

Use analytics to recommend strategic changes to management, supporting suggestions with data insights that highlight relevant trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting to highlight business trends and potential areas for improvement
Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues as they arise
Provide support for various tasks and projects as needed to meet team and organizational goals
Performs manual and automation testing with respect to User Interface (UI) as well as Application Programming Interface (API)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Data Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related engineering field
3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar position
SQL Server
Power BI
Python
Handling data and working with business partners to gather requirements
Understanding business processes, agile methodology, and manage and document large datasets
Data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
Data governance, validation techniques, and business process analysis
Conducting root cause analysis of production data errors
Producing technical documentation including requirements, data dictionaries, and process maps
Developing and maintaining dashboards or recurring reports
