Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Lead daytoday execution and strategy: line reviews, reporting, analytics, promo setup, digital shelf support
Provide tactical support (reporting, analytics, item setup, etc.), coordinate crossborder alignment
Partner with marketing for omnichannel campaigns
Own forecast accuracy, collaborate with supply chain to minimize OOS
Manage pricing architecture, ensure regulatory compliance
Leverage category, syndicated, POS, and shipment data to uncover trends and opportunities, transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive growth
Build strong buyer relationships and mentor team members
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of CPG retail sales/account management experience; Walmart Canada/Canadian Tire preferred but not required
Proven Annual Operating Plan ownership with exposure to customer P&Ls
Omnichannel retail and marketplace/WFS familiarity
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong retailer systems experience, Scintilla expertise a plus
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
