Responsibilities
Oversees various, highly-complex system projects
Usually is assigned projects within an individual business unit
Assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, and identifies appropriate resources needed
Develops schedule to ensure project deadlines are met, and the project is completed on time
Directs and monitors the work of team members, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Monitored on projects' progress and results
May lead subordinate personnel and coordinate personnel activities
Errors may cause significant disruption to operations, or major costs
Qualification
Required
15+ years of related experience
Project management skills, such as planning, scheduling, coaching, resource identification, and budgeting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in IT Project/Work database, MS Office, MS Project and SAP
Hands on experience leading DevSecOps and modernization initiatives, supporting CD/CD practices, automated testing, and security compliance
Expertise coordinating cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and external vendors to deliver integrated technology solutions
Demonstrated experience managing software implementations including Softwrench, Tricentis and qTest
Preferred
Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Business, Computer Science
