Responsibilities
Research and draft first‑version job descriptions by synthesizing existing materials, job postings, and other role‑specific resources using standard templates
Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to confirm role responsibilities and incorporate feedback from initial drafts
Manage the end-to-end review and approval process, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder actions
Communicate progress updates, next steps, and outstanding items to project participants and leaders
Finalize, organize, and publish approved job descriptions within designated systems or repositories
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of human resources practices
Preferred
Experience supporting HR projects or process-driven initiatives
Experience drafting, editing, or maintaining job descriptions or similar documentation
Strong coordination skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders
