Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff through go-live
Serve as the primary client-facing lead during onboarding, setting expectations and driving accountability
Lead requirements gathering and define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Develop and maintain formal project plans using sales handoff documentation and client inputs
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver implementation outcomes
Facilitate kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, and partner touchpoints
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive escalation and resolution as needed
Maintain meeting notes, action items, and project status in Zoho for client and internal visibility
Ensure configurations, testing, and deliverables meet Atrium standards and readiness criteria
Validate launch readiness and support go-live activities
Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Send post-implementation satisfaction surveys and contribute feedback for continuous improvement
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of project management or related experience
Strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Professional project management certification (PMP or similar) strongly desired
