Responsibilities
Own implementations end-to-end: scope requirements, map workflows, and deploy AI automations in production
Build with users: prototype features alongside customer teams; integrate what works into the core platform
Ship fast, iterate faster: tight loops from discovery → code → launch → refinement
Raise the bar on reliability & compliance: document clearly; communicate trade-offs across technical/non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years post-grad in fast-moving engineering environments
Strong coding proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Clear, concise technical documentation and cross-team communication
Comfort working directly with customers through evolving scopes and multiple iterations
Willing to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week); open to relocating
