Settlement Administrator

The Settlement Administrator will be responsible for the execution and accuracy of Lowe’s settlement and billing, ensuring proper organization and management of orders in the Order Management System.

Responsibilities
Organization and preparation of all Lowe’s orders to pay and bill daily
Identifying proper additional/exception pay and bill for all orders
Update Order Management System with accessorial and minimum pay for Independent Contractors as well as exception billing events
Work directly with Settlement Manager, other Settlement Administrators, Field Operations, Billing and IT departments
Works as a team with others in the Settlement department
Adhere and enforce all operational policies
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in logistics and/or billing is a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
Must have the ability to prioritize workload and manage time
Identifies and resolves problems, knows when to escalate issues to management
Demonstrates attention to detail
Ability to deal effectively with individuals and groups within the organization
