The ideal candidate will lead technical design and architecture, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Design and implement complex customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and custom integrations
Drive AI/ML initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to enhance platform capabilities
Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize system performance, data models, and integration architectures for efficiency and scalability
Lead deployment activities, manage technical risks, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven features in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models)
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and generative AI capabilities
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Python, or other data engineering tools
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
