Responsibilities
Act as a Business Analyst for healthcare encounters and claims management initiatives
Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into source-to-target mappings (STTM)
Work extensively with EDIFECS platform tools including Spec Builder, Trading Partner (TP) setup, Application Manager, and Transaction Manager
Validate translated EDI files against transformation rules and business requirements
Define and implement custom rules and validation logic within EDIFECS
Support EDI transactions (834, 835, 837) with detailed understanding of loops, segments, and key attributes
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders through regular interactions
Mentor and guide junior Client and team members
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of experience in Encounters and Claims management
Strong understanding of EDIFECS platform tools
Deep knowledge of Healthcare EDI transactions (834, 835, 837)
Very strong SQL skills
