3+ years expIntelica is seeking a Property Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting team. The Property Accountant will assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as other accounting functions for Intelica's managed portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities
Provide timely & accurate accounting information for Intelica managed portfolio including retail, office, & industrial properties
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly journal entries
Prepare financial statements for individual properties on a monthly/quarterly basis
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and address any discrepancies
Work closely with Property Management team to address/resolve property accounting issues
Perform daily cash management duties, including daily bank deposits, updating cash receipts logs, and posting of cash to AR subledgers
Prepare and process AP invoices through Yardi accounting software
Research and resolve open AR, AP and general accounting issues across various properties
Maintain copies of AP invoices and AR receipts required for year-end reconciliations and audit assistance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with Commercial Real Estate / Property Accounting experience preferred
Excellent computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to owner/client requests
Must be organized, dependable and detail oriented, with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
Preferred
Experience using Yardi accounting software preferred
