Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update high volumes of customer, transactional, and operational records into designated systems while meeting daily productivity and quality targets
Perform routine data validation and cleansing—identify discrepancies, correct errors, and flag exceptions for resolution
Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to organize datasets, apply formulas, and produce simple reconciliation or status reports
Scan, classify, and process documents using OCR and document-management tools; attach and index files per retention guidelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize updates, support audits, and implement process improvements for data workflows
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company data-protection policies and remote-work best practices

Legal authorization to work in the United States
