Responsibilities
Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
Installing and configuring hardware and software systems
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computers, networks, and peripherals
Providing technical support to end-users
Managing and maintaining IT assets and equipment
Collaborating with other teams to provide technical solutions and support
Developing and maintaining technical documentation and manuals
Ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are secure and up-to-date
Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of IT systems
Conducting training and workshops to improve end-users’ technical knowledge and skills
Performing Onsite Support as needed
Performing Remote Support as appropriate
Maintains a professional manner at all times, Neighborhood Center policy and procedures and in keeping with the Agency’s mission statement
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or equivalent experience in tech support/helpdesk support
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration
Basic network understanding and troubleshooting
Experience working in Windows 10 or higher platform systems
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Firm understanding of desktop hardware, diagnosing problems and ability to use diagnostic tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate independently, without constant supervision
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
