Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Snowflake environments, including configuration, performance tuning, and capacity planning across Azure and AWS
Implement and maintain Snowflake security standards, including role-based access, encryption/masking, and user security auditing
Support and automate Snowflake operational tasks such as database provisioning, account management, and CI/CD‑based production deployments
Monitor Snowflake costs, usage, and system performance while identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimization solutions
Manage data sharing and replication across clouds/regions and ensure secure, compliant data exchange for internal and external clients
Integrate Snowflake with GitHub and support automated data loading, documentation, and governance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in Snowflake Administration within cloud environments
Strong expertise in Snowflake operations, including security implementation, automation, performance optimization, and cross‑cloud configuration
Proven experience with cost monitoring, user security auditing, and automation for deployments and administrative tasks in Snowflake
