Start in 2026 SummerPella Windows & Doors of Montana is offering a summer internship with their design/visualization team. The DesignWorks Intern will process design requests, collaborate with the design team, and identify ways to optimize the design process while gaining experience in a creative environment.

Responsibilities
Process design requests from the project queue utilizing web based proprietary software and Adobe PhotoShop
Collaborate with internal design team on current design needs and trends
Identify ways to optimize design process from start-to-finish
Identify, understand and communicate metrics pertaining to design leads and conversions to sale
Qualification
Required
Pursuing bachelor's degree (BA or BFA) from four-year college or university – Communications, Design, Marketing majors preferred
Extreme focus on customer service – willing to go above and beyond
Creative, collaborative, and energetic approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and well organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Design skills/training preferably in the exterior residential realm
Interest and coursework in design field preferred
Some experience using design software preferred, not required (Adobe Creative Suite, Auto-CAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3DS Max, etc.)
