Responsibilities
Schedule, run, and monitor batch jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system following established procedures
Monitor system outputs and error messages; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
Print, process, and handle critical financial documents
Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (printers, folders/sealers, inserters)
Ensure production schedules are met with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to support smooth system operations and shared goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment
1+ year experience with job scheduling and monitoring
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and adherence to documented processes
Proven reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
2–3 years experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment
2–3 years experience with job scheduling and monitoring
