Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory research in skin biology using 2D/3D cell models and ex vivo human skin, including specialized tasks like micro-dissection and immunohistochemistry
Oversee the full data lifecycle from collection and analysis to reporting while managing day-to-day lab operations, including supplies and organization
Partner with analytical and formulation teams under the guidance of senior scientists to design and execute experiments that drive scientific discovery
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Biology or a related field with at least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience, including proficiency in writing SOPs and working practices
Expert in sterile techniques for culturing human keratinocytes and fibroblasts, with a strong understanding of skin morphology and experience handling human tissue samples
Proficient in performing multiplex ELISAs, PCR, and IHC/immunofluorescence, alongside experience in microscopy and designing multi-color flow cytometry panels
