Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm dedicated to providing compassionate legal representation. They are seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal/Calendar Clerk to support attorneys in elder abuse matters from intake through trial and manage critical calendaring and court-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand letters
Support attorneys in elder abuse litigation from initial intake through trial
Prepare, organize, and maintain exhibit binders, trial materials, and mediation briefs
Summarize medical records, discovery materials, deposition transcripts, and facility records
Coordinate with clients, experts, medical providers, and outside vendors
Assist with trial preparation, including witness lists, trial subpoenas, exhibit management, and related logistics
Complete e-filings in state and federal courts
Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and all litigation-related deadlines
Maintain and update calendars for multiple attorneys
Track and manage court deadlines, reminders, and compliance dates
Prepare notices of hearings, deposition notices, and other calendaring documents
Oversee the service of pleadings and ensure all filings are timely and compliant
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong background in elder abuse matters
Proactive and efficient
Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment
