This role supports the development of scalable forecasting processes and participates in reporting initiatives to deliver actionable insights while analyzing results to identify trends and key metrics.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to create an effective forecasting process tailored to the needs of a global customer. Ensuring the forecasting process is accurate, scalable and aligned with business objectives. Document processes and identify potential risks and opportunities in the forecast assumptions
Participate in reporting initiatives that deliver accurate, timely and actionable insights to business teams. Support the design and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards that enhance decision-making
Partner in creating mechanisms that allow for effective analytics of current month results to identify trends, variances and key performance indicators that can be incorporated into leadership dashboards and/or discussions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications with a high degree of knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems: SAP, Hyperion and BI reporting systems
Self-motivated individual with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
