Responsibilities

Design and implement architectures for MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Administer, monitor, and maintain performance, availability, and security
Implement data warehousing best practices
Optimize queries and conduct performance reviews
Maintain schemas, data models, and documentation
Collaborate with development teams on database solutions
Manage clustering, replication, and failover
Maintain backup and recovery processes
Manage database access and compliance
Automate scripts for maintenance
Recommend new tools and technologies
Provide training/support on data tools and standards

Required

10+ years as a DBA or Database Architect
Expertise with MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Experience with tuning, indexing, locks, optimization
Knowledge of security best practices
Independent, strong problem-solving and communication
Bachelor's in Computer Science
