Responsibilities
Financial underwriting of commercial property cash flows including due diligence review and transaction execution using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS
Perform in-depth real estate, company, and market research / analysis
Prepare pitch presentations, investment memoranda and various marketing materials for distribution to potential investors
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong ARGUS, financial analysis, and modeling skills
Experience with financial modeling and understanding of basic financial concepts (DCF, IRR, capitalization rates, etc.)
Enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and can work both as part of a team and independently
Strong work ethic, incredibly interpersonal, and organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent grammar and written/verbal communications skills
Ability to interact professionally with clients at various levels
Ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight time frames
Ability to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines
Bachelor's degree, preferably with coursework in economics, financial accounting, corporate finance, or real estate
Preferred
2-3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
