This role serves as a Senior Operational Lead for the Executive Briefing Center, orchestrating complex daily logistics and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure every briefing runs flawlessly.

Responsibilities
Provide a world-class experience for visiting customers and partners, managing registration protocols and guest reception, while serving as the primary liaison to anticipate and resolve logistical needs in real-time
Manage daily EBC operations, including room set-up/tear-down, vendor relationships, and inventory control for swag and supplies. Coordinate with facilities and IT/AV teams to ensure all equipment is meeting-ready
Manage the briefing calendar to maximize utilization, proactively resolving complex scheduling conflicts and prioritizing high-stakes visits. Partner with account teams to ensure all logistical requirements are captured prior to meetings
Maintain accurate records in briefing management tools (e.g., Salesforce/Nexus) and generate reports on utilization metrics and post-briefing survey results to drive continuous program improvements
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in executive briefing coordination, corporate event planning, high-end hospitality, or senior-level administrative support
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to interface professionally with C-level executives and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
Preferred
Hands-on experience using Briefing Management Software such as VisitOps, Nexus, or Briefing Source, as well as Salesforce
Previous experience working within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology company
Experience training or mentoring junior team members, or leading operational process improvement projects to scale EBC efficiency
