Responsibilities
Perform and validate annual escrow calculations
Cross-train with insurance tracking and force-placement to provide support during times of high volume
Complete tax and insurance vendor reports daily
Process vendor pay files to disburse tax payments and insurance premium payments
Review reports to ensure there is no delinquency or lapse in payments to protect collateral
Monitor Tax Service reports for corrections and delinquent tax payments
Monitor insurance vendor reports for accurate tracking
Monitor and pay insurance and property taxes on escrowed and non-escrowed loans
Audit tax payments and insurance billing for accurate placement on loans and process any applicable refunds
Respond to Salesforce cases and incoming email requests within defined SLAs and timeframes
Handle customer data and information according to department procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to management as required
Lead process improvements and developments with regular review of procedures
Maintain continued education on annual RESPA updates
Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies
Complete compliance training, adhere to all anti-money laundering guidelines and procedures, and all regulatory requirements
Strictly adhere to Bank Secrecy Act requirements and apply organizational policies and procedures in all activities
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a related role working loan products, structures and/or documentation required
High school diploma or GED required
Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
Able to effectively and persuasively express self, using language and grammar in a professional manner
Able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated team player with ability to provide interactive service to others, building relationships and addressing identified needs
Able to analyze and record detailed information and produce accurate, high quality work products
Able to research, analyze, identify viable options, draw sound conclusions, and present findings
Able to manage and organize a high volume of documents and work load
Able to perform accurate calculations and transactions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
