Responsibilities

Help prepare and perform research experiments; evaluate and analyze data; and document results
Perform routine genetic, biochemical, and molecular biology techniques such as cell culture, Western blotting, ELISA, and DNA cloning
Perform mouse genetic experiments, including assisting with upkeep of colonies, crossing of specific mouse strains, and genotyping
Differentiation and management of iPSC-neurons
Maintain detailed records of research activities, including study protocols and records of results
Conduct literature searches and summarize information in an appropriate format for a particular study
Order laboratory supplies and equipment
Assist with cleaning, and maintaining the laboratory area in a neat orderly condition
Perform other job related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement
