Recruitment Analyst

Responsibilities

Coordinate the sourcing and recruitment of hourly and salary positions
Review the monthly workforce and compare it with the open current list of open positions
Review all resumes received, filter them, and conduct pre-screening interviews
Conduct job profiling - calibration with managers and general managers
Recruit candidates for the internship and the engineering development program
Organization and attendance to different job fairs
Have constant communication with hiring manager to receive feedback from the candidates
Maintain constant communication within the HR department to guarantee progress in the pre-employment process
Conduct background checks
Support in the implementation of new processes in the talent attraction department, like the employee referral program
Responsible for executing, supporting, and enforcing the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety program as required by OIS policy, directives, and principles

Previous experience in the construction or energy industry essential
Interview technics

Excellent service attitude, good performance under high-pressure situations, attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
HR Systems (Taleo, ADP)
Requires two (2) years of directly related human resources experience
English language fluency
Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license
Offers of employment are contingent upon a successful criminal background check and pre-employment physical including a drug screen
