Sales Representative - Recent Graduate
Parabit Systems is a full-service design, engineering, manufacturing, and integration company providing top-quality security products and innovative self-service solutions. They are seeking a self-motivated individual to develop and maintain US and international sales relationships, collaborating with various teams to generate new revenue and meet annual account goals.

Responsibilities
Learn, develop and perfect conceptual and technical selling skills for all company products, services, and solutions
Source and develop new client relationships through email, text, social media posts, phone calls, virtual and in-person meetings and tradeshows
Collaborate with prospects and new client relationships developed to determine their requirements/statements of work
Assist the marketing team in the development of and presenting product, service and solutions proposals
Learn and present pricing, proposals
Create and update our CRM on all prospect outreach and proposal/estimate status
Review and fully understand prices and present and review pricing and presentation material with clients with technical support staff
Adherent to all company policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics
Qualification
Required
BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Sales, or Engineering
Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Self-motivated, organized, accountable and transparent, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to develop an understanding of client responsibilities, goals, pain points and trends
An ability to build customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating soft and hard cost savings and operational improvements our products/ services and solutions provide
Strong documentation and analytical skills in the collection of prospect and client requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, proposal development, CRM management, and understanding of voice and data networks
Ability to develop and successfully implement prospecting and client presentation/meeting plans
Develop sales, negotiation and overcoming sales objection skills
All employment candidates must pass: a NON-DOT Drug screening, Criminal and Credit Background Check and a Driver License Check prior to employment
Preferred
Basic knowledge of electronics, computers, networks, fabrication, integration and construction prints is a plus
Willingness to travel for product demonstrations at trade shows and client in person meetings a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, computer science, and/or electrical engineering
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
