Debt/equity financings
Commercial real estate transactions ($30M–$350M)
General corporate advisory work
Collaborate with a lead partner driving the firm’s transactional growth
Engage in strategic initiatives and client relationship building
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate/transactional matters
Strong generalist background preferred
Prior experience at a top regional or Big Law firm is ideal
No portable book required - candidates with strong upside are encouraged to apply
Interest in business development is welcome, but not mandatory
