Responsibilities
Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of initiatives as directed by department management
Designs and prepares information to document the tracking and progress of assigned initiatives as instructed
Provides follow-up to management on assigned projects until full completion
Formulates recommendations for improvement on assigned projects or involved processes. Communicates observations and recommendations orally and in writing to address the needs of different levels of Management
Follows-up on the status of corrective actions as needed
Observes and learns key processes and initiatives of the supported Department(s) as assigned by department management
Performs special reviews, consultations, research projects and other tasks as directed
Reviews contracts as needed
Establishes and builds positive and effective client and staff relationship through individual contact and group meetings
Completes weekly internship updates
Completes other responsibilities as requested
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree Program required
Master's Degree in progress
Commensurate with education requirements
