Director/ExecutiveAerospaCS is a student-led Aerospace & Coding Club at De Anza College that integrates curiosity with engineering. The President of Operations will oversee the daily operational functions, manage resources, and coordinate major project initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and team collaboration.

Required
Strong expertise in Operations Management and demonstrated ability to streamline practices for efficiency
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data, optimize workflows, and enhance operational processes
Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to allocate resources, manage expenses, and ensure financial sustainability
Experience in Team Building, fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and driving club engagement
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Passion for aerospace, space exploration, or technology-related fields is highly desirable
Prior leadership experience in student organizations, non-profits, or similar groups is a plus
